Practice what you preach

Bria here, this is almost a blog post to myself, practice what you preach… For years I have been so involved with the work of my clients that I’ve done very little other than word-of-mouth to help Market myself and my abilities. In a senseI’ve always been guilty of the cobblers children have no shoes… Hopefully I won’t be making a failed attempt to do more blogging on a regular basis and what I’m trying is through hopefully utilizing technology like apples iPhone and AirPods and possibly some other more apps and look at different things that can help me do verbal dictation because I can talk about the stuff all day but typing it yeah I can do that too but it’s just seems like it would be more fitting to do this while I’m driving. So hopefully there some trial and error I can suggest some of y’all ways to realistically do a weekly blog or by monthly Blog I’ve always been told the worstThank you can do is set a goal Soha with blogging etc. but there’s no way that she can accomplish in there for you just kind of give up and don’t even bother. It’s kind like a haircut now is cut more off at Cain added back and I also hard what’s the difference between a good haircut and a bad haircut two weeks guess weAre kind of splitting hairs here. So for example some of you might know that we are working on a new office and storefront for my wife in downtown Florence so this gives me I’d say 20 minutes drive that I can do a little blog and this could be something that could be replicated for you if you were wanting to stay I guess up to speed are in the know on top of your online marketing game. Unfortunately it’s good and bad but the Internet has become the means of how people judge the quality reputation and just the overall value of your business. So a good looking website yeah it’s kind of fancy car paper see you driving a fancy car there impressed it’s unfortunately it’s we judge a book by its cover. The second part have a nose Google and the number one thing that Google loves is unique content and then the mini mini mini years of doing this the hardest thing to get out of people is you need to contact everybody loves to re-publish Or re-post, Very few people take the time to actually write something from scratch and I am I’m a little different I’m on most the day and everything if I can have but I know that if I can dwell on the subject read to three books and just Kaina obsess on it I could write a whole ton of blogs content whatever it might be a discount like it regurgitates and sale so I’m at Siam that I don’t think I’m gifted her thing like that I just like I found a process that works for me and I think you could work for others and I guess are used to put too much thought into what I was saying in writing and it really if you could just drop that Bear and just let your mind talk freely about what you know your profession that you’re good at that is one way you can do that content and get it out there and overtime people start to recognize it you know what the hell you’re talking about. So as of right now I’m trying out Apple iPhone and AirPods and I’m not real convinced that is the way to go just yet. I’ll let you know though for sure… I don’t know about you but I can say for sure that dragon steak Dragon dictation whatever it’s called is never really done anything for me I have a horrid country accent don’t know why none of my family speaks this way I sound like I’m from the old fields of Texas or something and maybe it’s just a laziness factor but I think this actually probably will help me speak a little more professionally as I practice there’s so much a lot of benefits why not? So in a sense while I’m driving to the accountant to get W-2s etc. oh Michael a blog post but you know what I’m vegan I need to be Blog and soda you if you not continually working towards it you’re continually regressing it’s kind a like a marriage and a typical it’s honestly like another business I have an online presence is no different than having a brick-and-mortar store you have to work at it ever ties it it it it does not magically appear in work so in a nutshell you get in what you put out. So that’s one of the benefits of what we have to offer is if you don’t have time to do that I’m pretty adept at learning about your business and being proficient enough to talk about it on your behalf for example Process & Power in Memphis Tennessee handles large fluid pumps air compressors all four major manufacturing I’m talking about huge equipment stuff you can almost walk there it’s so big I mean these are the foundation box in the industry and the great company and when I first started nine years ago I have no clue what they were talking about but I was that relationship developed I could pass pretty well As someone that could represent and talk about what they have to offer. But I guess that’s what you ha ha hateful to do when you don’t have time to do everything because you can’t do everything I’m guilty of that I try to do it all and I’m always running the hardwire just doesn’t work that way hey do you want to be relevant you’ve got to be producing good credible content that crap that people don’t worried I may have got to be stuff somebody actually wants to read. If you think about it Google crawls news organizations because I would say the most or one of the top because they are continually pushing News a.k.a. content constantly who knows you know basically by the moment and Santino so when you compare most folks do them once a month blog compared to you no news organization is doing it 20 times a yellowish a Saralee 12 to 24 times a day that factors into ham Porten you are to google‘s ass so if you’re not participate and you’re not important.Well I’m here at the accountants office let me know if you have any questions or thoughts or feedback have a blog with feedback would be really cool all I know is you get a scratch and you got a fight every day because there’s no favors nobody really cares and they’re not out to help do it for your hold your hand so you’ve got to do everything you can do to keep on surviving with your business, best of luck…I’m in the trenches with you.
